Dashboard card widgets provide a quick and easy visual reference to look at project type, start, start date, and finish date. Viewers can also see team budget usage and project duration.
In addition, the widgets in the second row of the dashboard provide a view of the projects’ status and work stages, along with their completion percentages and durations (in days). Likewise, the “Workload” stacked bar chart describes how many features have been completed, remaining, and past due.
Finally, the “Budget Variance” and “Actual vs. Planned Resource” charts detail the team’s budget and resource allocations for each project.
This data allows leaders to ensure the team is on track to complete its work on time and on budget.
An important feature of this dashboard is its versatility. With the “Project” drop-down list box filter, viewers can display build KPIs for any of the 30 projects on the team. Users can reset the filter by clicking the funnel-shaped icon in the upper right corner of the list box.
